Same thing to me- twice. Two different doors. Passenger rear and now driver front. First two times they blamed faulty screws during original installation of passenger rear door. Exact same thing just happened tonight. Got in car and drove to a movie, then door panel slipped and won’t allow door to open or close. 2013 car with 69,000 miles.
