  1. We did try lowering the seat, and it did slide forward a little, but not enough to raise the stock. When we lowered it all the way, the seat back blocked access to the hole where we were trying to reach the buckle stock. And we tried to lift the stock from underneath the seat, but coming to it from the neighboring chair which was still at full height. The stock continued to not be rise-able through the hole due to the space above it.
  2. The buckle stock, the part that the buckle clips into, somehow fell down. Since it is not flexible, I cannot retrieve out of the hole where it fell. It is parallel with the floor of the cabin, the seat opening it is supposed to raise out of has stiff metal framing that it clicks against when we try to raise it. How can I re-present it? It worked fine until yesterday, I have no idea how it fell down.
