This worked for my 2014 C-Max energi! Had a powered rockford fosgate sub/amp professionally installed and the immediate noise stumped the installer. Fosgate support suggested there may be noise cancelling activated. Of course Ford doesn't have a turn off function so your instructions saved the day. Quick and easy unplug and the noises went away. No effect on any other systems or speech through Bluetooth phone. Thank you!!!
