This is so sad to read. Not only for you and your "loss", but also for the fact that I just dropped my car (same make/model/year) at the mechanics with the exact same engine code. ?

2013 CMAX Energi having intermittent CEL coming on. It occurs right when the system kicks over to hybrid mode when the main drive battery is exhausted. My OBD2 Link gives the code POB24 - Hybrid Battery "A" Voltage Unstable. Any ideas on where to start the diagnostics on this? I'm guessing its a faulty circuit or switch that regulates the transition from main drive battery to hybrid battery. After turning off the car for a bit the CEL goes off and the car is back to normal. Thanks, Rusty
