Thanks for the great info... And yes, I know its a flip of the coin... You might or might not have that expensive issue...

Thanks... But they don't service FL and only on a vehicle that has no more than 41000 miles..

Trying to help my Girl Friend out on a decision.. She has a 2013 C-max hybrid with 56000 miles. It just ran out of the extended warranty at 50000. Ford is offering the following: Ford Premium Warranty. Covers everything but Big Battery which has 10 years, maintenance and wear items additional 3yr or 36000 for $2635 (Seems high to me) 10% down spread 18 months no interest Is it worth it. My gut says it would be cheaper to fix issues as they happen. But I'm not sure how much somethings cost to replace. Any input is appreciated.

Sorry, But I tried doing a search and most of the posts were older. We have a 2013 C-max hybrid with 58000 miles.. And our FORD ESP expired at around 50000 or so miles. With out getting in a debate on the pluses and minuses.. Are there any options available to extend the warranty that are reliable.. Whether its Ford or 3rd party.. I had a 3rd party extended warranty on my Hyundai Santa fe that was pretty good years ago. But can't remember who it was.. Thanks Dave

Thanks.. I will try your test.. My gut feeling is they didn't reset it.. I had my radiator flushed and after a week I had the hood up and it was over an inch below. And yes I read the manual on how and when to check it and I was on level ground. And they've flubbed up a few times before...

2013 C Max Hybrid. We had the battery replaced a few months ago and its been running great until the last week. I've had to charge the battery twice because the 12V was dead. It takes forever to charge at 6 amps. But the last time I recharged it a couple days ago it charged all the way. I charge it under the hood. 20 hours later I get in the car and the battery is dead. I don't see anything that is on and I have been making sure that I am turning the car off before I get out. My next step is to charge the battery up and take it to Advanced Auto and let them test the battery. The Ford shop is about 45 minutes away. Anyone have any input on what to look for or do?

Used JB Welder Plastic.. It's doing great now... Saved me about 400.00, since I didn't have to go to the Ford dealer.. Thanks everyone

Looking for a document, video etc on how to remove the panel on a 2013 C-Max Hybrid. My release handle bracket just broke the other day and I want to take the panel off and try to use some gorilla glue to fix it. As I've read in other posts this is a very poor design flaw for FORD..
