I tried to open a new account there today and got a error message that that was not possible;

I previously owned a 2013 for about three years, and I loved it. I reluctantly traded it because I needed a pickup. This truck heed has passed, so I will be picking up a 2016 Energi next week. It will be interesting to compare it with my previous enjoyable experience. I am in the Charlotte NC area.
