Check Engine Light--Issue Can't Get Fixed

I have a 2013 Cmax SE and the Engine Service light started staying on about 1 week ago. I followed procedure posted here to get into Engineering Test Mode. The code I found was C46B86 X. Anyone out there that can tell me the diagnosis? Much appreciated. RMFMARINE.
