Someone needs to make a Battery pack add-on that you can place in the truck. Kinda like a spare tank that you use when you don't need the room in the truck. And want more EV capacity. I love EV driving :)

How much EV driving are most people getting? What are the tricks to get as much EV driving? City driving It's hard to keep the car in EV mode without causing a trafic jam lol on laceration. I've been using Empower mode to see the EV to ICE threshold. and drive as long as possible in EV. Hard to accelerate in EV, So sometime i take off EV then to ICE to about 25 mph, then can back-off to get into EV and keep accelerating to about 35 mph in the city.

Just pick-up our C-max from the dealer tonight. LOL when the car delivery guy took us outside to give us our car. It wouldn't even turn over, dash light didn't even go on. Guy was like hummm, i tell him, this seems to be an on going problem with these cars. He says, we have only sold 2, so we haven't heard about it. We go inside, and the manager says, lets boost it and see. It started right up. Car had only 50 miles, and had been sitting in a dealer lot in Ontario, and had been trucker to my dealer in Quebec this week for us, since these babies aren't stocked much yet. So probably since these batteries are weak, it needs a charge. I told him, i would give it a chance, and let them know. All seems find, we did another 50m tonight. Had 12.3v when i got home. Put on my trickle charger tonight to bring her back up

Weather does affect MPG on regular cars, so probably more so on a hybrid, My BMW 550 takes a good 3 mpg more in the winter -5F vs summer 77F here in Montreal. This summer, we will probably see more people getting closer to the 47 rated. I hope lol We are getting our C-max tomorrow night, can't wait!!!
