No luck, service department was puzzled. Told bout what I have read in this forum and they are ordering a new latch. This forum rocks!

Mine developed same issue. Took it in to selling dealer. They adjusted two stops on the side saying they fixed issue. But it didnt when i tried it. Good thing I tried it before leaving. They they took it back in to the shop.

Hands free hatch not working properly
fresnoman replied to kechair's topic in Body Panels, Trim, etc.
Mine just started not locking completely for about three days now. Have to manually push it shut to have it lock right. The selling dealer checking it out as I type.
