I was told by the dealer that I wouldn't get good gas mileage until after 3,000 miles. I don't remember the Prius taking so long. How do I know if if I have adaptive cruise control. I just watched a video and it's pretty cool. The window sticker on my car doesn't mention it ( assuming I probably don't have it)

BTW - your gas mileage is enviable! My sister and I both bought a Prius on the same day. She drives much more 'old lady' than i. My gas mileage was always 3-5 mpg more. It has to have something to do with the car - couldn't begin to say what though. i sort of feel like the dealer is 'pulling my leg' because my gas mileage is soooooo far from 47 mpg.

Just got an ice storm C-max se last week to replace my 2010 Prius. The C-max is really fun to drive and is so much quieter and rides much nicer than the Prius. I HATED the poor visibility/blind spots in the Prius but miss the keyless entry and push button start. I know I could have spent a fortune to get the keyless entry and push button start but I couldn't get past the cost being the same as a luxury vehicle. I still have mpg shock as I consistently got 49 - 50 mpg with the Prius. I hope that the "Break in period" is true as I'm only getting 33-35 from Browns Point to the Renton Highlands on my daily commute.   I have lots of nice features - my favorites are the heated sets and blue tooth audio connection with my phone to listen to audio books. I've been looking for other C-max cars on the road but thus far have seen none...
