Good news! Received mine yesterday via FedEx! I'm in Quebec City and it is to my wife's name which start with a "T". It comes with a letter explaining the reasons and the sticker fuel efficiency change for the 2013 C-Max. Nothing to sign. This will pay for my winter tires. :happy feet:

Anyone in Canada has received theirs?

I've recorded mine. My wife turns the A/C off at 0:09 and back on at 0:11. Can you confirm it's the same sound? I'm gathering info before going to the dealer and have them tell me it's "normal". I'm also interested if anyone manages to get service to fix this.
