Thanks on losing door, will check on updates. We have a mail kios and key is used to unlock box. She took out mail and left keys with fob in lock and drove home......... Yes she is a Blond!

Have 2013 C-Max with keyless entry. If there support to be any notification when you exit running car with key fob ? Wife has exited car twice now with car running to check mail and forgot keys in box. No chime or alert that keys are out of car.

I have a maintenance agreement and they have been changing air filter with every oil change. Oil change light seems to be coming on every 4/5 thousand miles. Seems a lot since engine is not constantly running! Oil and filters are free so I guess I can't complain at this time.

I have been having an issue with my rear liftgate hatch not closing all the way.  It will close but does not latch tight.  I get the liftgate ajar message on the instrument panel.  Is anyone else having this problem.

 

There is an update/adjustment on this problem from your dealer. I had same issue and update fixed it.

There is a TSB just put out regarding the auto close rear hatch on the SEL.  When all windows & doors are closed the rear hatch would not fully close showing an "ajar" reading on the dash.  Was due to pressure inside the car.  Dealer thought there was no adjustment to the lower hatch lock but apparently there is.  Took back to Ford after waiting a month for results and adjustment was made per Ford Hot Line Team.  If you are still having problems contact your dealer and have them research the TSB, sorry I don't have the # FINALLY!
