Mice have gotten into the squirrel cage around the blower fan in my 2013 C-max 3 times in the past year! My car is now in the shop to track down an electrical problem that the dealer says is probably called by mice! This is getting aggravating and expensive! We park it in our carport. However, we've parked our past cars (all Fords) there for the past fourth years without a problem. What is it about the C-Max that seems to attract mice? We keep it clean, have filled tthe car with pine scented mouse repellent that farmers use to keep mice out of tractors, and have an electrical sonic repellent, but nothing has worked. What can we do??? Is anyone else having a problem like this???
