They told me at my dealership yesterday that I have the latest version. Syncmyride says I have Gen2 V3.1.1. But I keep hearing about a 3.5 version. Does anyone have that yet? MikeB Posted January 22, 2013 Report Share Posted January 22, 2013 (edited) 3.5.1 is the latest Sync version in general, but it's not available for the C-Max yet. I think my car has 3.1.2, which is about the same version you have, but I'm in the Energi so there might be some very tiny differences. 3.5.1 should come to the C-Max really soon, though it looks like it won't be January. Cars with built in navigation will need a new SD card with map data, which may be some of the delay. There's also a compatability issue with MyFordTouch, but that affects Energi drivers not Hybrids. For those non hybrids with nav, the dealerships have had enough Nav cards for the last couple of weeks. Ford definitely has the SD cards available for non hybrids now with version 3.5.1, as the website below was updated in the last day or two and you can request a Nav card through the syncmyride and it will be sent via the mail now. http://support.ford.com/ However, when I log into my CMAX syncmyride webpage, there is no update for my CMAX yet. We should all have 3.1.3, I believe, and it is for the BEV (battery electric vehicles), and I think they have to give us a specific update. PWBarrett Posted January 25, 2013 Report Share Posted January 25, 2013 It's not the nav version, but the Sync version that's 3.1.3.If you go to SyncMyRide.com (are you signed up there?), it should say, although that may be after doing a health-check from the car.
