roninsd
Has anyone else noticed that the gas tank gauge goes down slowly from full to half a tank, and then seems to speed up as it reaches 1/2 a tank and below? Maybe it's just my imagination.
valkraider
Every vehicle I have does that. My truck and motorcycle are the worst. I can drive forever on the first half a tank but the second half is gone lickity-split. JAZ

valkraider
I had a Kawasaki Concours motorcycle that was perpetually off like this. The original Concours was sold for 20 years virtually unchanged except colors. So many people had them for so long that tinkerers figured out the exact resistor to solder in line that would do just the right amount to tweak the fuel gauge into accuracy. :)
PWBarrett
Hmm - My CB750C is 6 years older than the first Concours. Maybe somebody's come up with an add-on fuel sender and gauge by now.
