Anthony Savarese Posted July 29, 2022 Report Share Posted July 29, 2022 I recently purchased a 2016 CMax Energi and am having an issue with the CHARGE SETTINGS screen. Although the vehicle charges just fine and I can see the % charge on the CHARGE SETTINGS screen, I am unable to edit or change anything. When I click EDIT, it takes me to the GO Time screen. The OFF button is purple and the ON button doesn't work. All of the days of the week are blank and "grayed out". Back on the main Charge Setting screen, it always show a Start Time of 10:57 AM and a Stop time of 12:34PM. Essentially, I am unable to set up or change anything on the CHARGE SETTINGS screen. I've been chatting with Ford support and they are elevating the problem. I tried Master Reset and nothing changed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
