valkraider
I spent a good chunk of time Saturday riding in the back seat. About 4 hours all said and done. I am 5'10" and about 215lbs. Beside me were two teenagers and in front of me another 5'10" adult. It was very comfy and I had tons of leg room. I was impressed. I did notice the ICE noise is louder in the back seat... JAZ
In addition to their comfort, there is a bit of open space under those rear seats.
valkraider
That open space goes away if you put the seat down. Anything under there will be squished - just a warning. Don't ask how we learned that lesson. ;) FoutsNC, JAZ and MikeB
MikeB
Yea, I was looking at the space under the rear seats for some of my basic emergency gear, like a reflective triangle, jumper cables, and tow strap. I used to have space under the floor of the cargo area in my VW sportwagen for such items. Then I noticed how the seats drop down when you fold the seat backs forward, and gave up on that plan.
