Dash cleaner

Back to the original question, I use a small california duster for dirt, lint, hair, etc.   A quick pass or two around the dash periodically GREATLY reduces the need for liquid type cleaning (typically once a year for me).

I just finished doing my new C's interior using 303 Protectant.  I have used it for years on my other cars with great results.  Amazon has the best price for the 32 oz spray.  I also use the 303 wipes, for the dash and it looks great. Kept my 10 year old King Ranch looking new when I traded it for my new C.

I've found Amazon is a great to buy it by the 32oz spray as well.  Love 303!

I've always been a fan of the Einszett products on Amazon. Cockpit premium shine/oil free for the dash and trim; Windscreen clear for the glass and Kristall Klar washer fluid concentrate. Apparently used by BMW and/or Mercedes and work pretty well. Been using these for a few years and kept them going with the C-Max.

I just detailed using only Meguiar's products. I used this kit: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004HCU77I/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B004HCU77I&linkCode=as2&tag=calipso-20

They also have an awesome forum for help with detailing for noobs like me. http://meguiarsonline.com/

Love that color, your detailing looks very sweet.  Love the shine on the tires in the sun.

Looks like Conan is a snuggle bug.

He is Laurel.  He also likes hybrid cars.  Normally he barks and turns circles when a loud engine comes by while we're walking but when a hybrid comes by going shu shu shu he keeps on walking.  I love it!

As for cleaning my dash I still like water and when it doesn't need cleaning I use my feather duster to get the dust off.  I think using water helps the new car smell last longer.
