VirginiaRick Posted April 4, 2013 Report Share Posted April 4, 2013 Hopefully nobody will ever need this, but I happened to run across this Emergency Response Guide (PDF) for first responders if they happen upon an accident involving a Ford C-Max (Hybrid or Energi). It shows the high-voltage component locations, service disconnects, procedures for approaching a damaged high-voltage vehicle, proper shutdown and high-voltage system disabling, and transporting and storing the vehicle.
