C-Maxgo
I noticed 20 minutes after an outing in Max today that my garage wasn't hot like it used to be with my Jeep. I went on a 15 minute in town trip with EV and motor use. We had upper 80 degree temperatures so I was surprised. :woohoo: This is great for me because i find it uncomfortable in the summer when I go into the garage and also the garage is below our living area so the house should stay cooler. I told my husband to take Max in the summer. He said he doesn't want to see a grown woman cry :wub2:
Tom
Interesting. I don't have a garage so it didn't occur to me. Thanks.
Jus-A-CMax
Erh...I notice my Maxine gets hot but I run the ICE High MPG cause of the upslope freeway when I return from another county, typical for me. For shorter trips, yeah, its a bonus in the summer.

I never could figure out if less heat would end up in the garage if you leave it out for a while to cool off since the sun would be heating it back up! Now if EV+ is working, the C-Max will have shut the engine off early and things can cool down before you park.Neat. :)
