Handyhiker
The wife was due for a new car. We went to the Ford dealer to look at a new Escape because she really liked her 2010. We say the C-Max and talked to the salesman. After the test ride, she was sold!! The wife says it is the best car she has ever had. The fuel milage is incredable! We got the Hybrid and havent looked back. She drives 100 miles per day round trip to work and usually 6 days a week. Most is freeway but some in rush hour and a few miles once she gets off. When new, she was getting low 40s. Now after 1000 miles she is up around 50+ mpg. She has hit as high as 57 MPG. With the Escape, fuel was $80 to $100 per week. She has got gas twice so far along with the full tank at delivery, looks like gas will cost around $25 per week. And the HUGE plus is she really, really, likes the car. This thing is AWESOME!!! 2peaches2oranges, salsaguy, hybridbear and 1 other
