Ford C Max makes noise when in drive but on the brake

Hi, my 2018 hybrid c max tends to lately make this humming, whinnying, saw like almost sound when I’m still in drive but on the brake, idling like at a stop light or the drive thru. It will also make the noise when in park and I press on the gas pedal. I’ve attached a small video clip of the noise when in park and I’m pressing lightly on the gas pedal, not holding it to the floor. The noise is similar to what happens when I’m waiting at a light or drive thru. I do have an appointment w Ford to look at but I’d like to get some ideas before I take it in. I’m a young female and don’t wish to have the mechanics talk to me like I’m an idiot or try to convince me to get a new transmission. Other than the noise, she drives great and averages 41mpg. She’s got 82,000 miles.
