To start off I'm directing my question to only the SF Bay Area CMax Owners who could know about what info I am seeking. Anybody know anything about service at Sunnyvale Ford? If you have been following my last several threads you are aware of the mess I'm in with a failed upgrade to 3.5.1 at Frontier Ford. I was wondering if any body in our forum knows anything about Sunnyvale Fords track record in after purchase service? I would love to hear from you before I contact this service dealership. Thanks.
