2015 Energi: wonky warninig lights

Recommended Posts

My otherwise wonderful 2015 C Max Energi, ~160,000 miles, displays brake warning and engine warning lights irregularly. Sometimes one, sometimes both, sometimes neither. Here's the odd(er) part: it does this only in warm weather. All through the Wisconsin winter, it shows no warning lights. Now that we have temps in the high 70s F, it's back to its old tricks. Anyone else ever see this? Ideas about the cause? Brake fluid is topped off, engine oil is good, brakes are getting on but still stop the car properly.
