fotomoto
My previous cars had the seatbelt buckle located at the upper post for conveniently grasping when putting it on. The CMax unfortunately lets the buckle fall closer to the floor in an awkward to reach position. Adding a cheap plastic clip solved this issue and I can't feel it while wearing the belt. I was concerned that a metal version would be both uncomfortable and could cause additional body damage in an accident. Once fitted and adjusted to the belt, they will hold the buckle at an easily reachable height just above your shoulder. Muscle memory makes this a "no look" maneuver after a few tries. This is where it ends up once the I'm belted in and I don't feel it at all. Passenger side. OK quality and got them from Amazon for around $7/pair. http://www.amazon.com/Dorman-HELP-74325-Seatbelt-Retainer/dp/B000CO96RW/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1373330208&sr=1-1&keywords=Dorman+HELP%21+74325+Seatbelt+Clip+Retainer
bigalpha
This looks like a good solution to keep the strap off of the B Pillar, too. I sometimes have to try two or three times to get my finger behind the belt.
