pequeajim
When I bought my C-Max, I was able to pair my Samsung Galaxy S4 right away. Since then, due to a crummy program (nothing to do with the car), I had to do a factory reset of the phone. Now I can't pair the phone to the car. Any thoughts what may have happened? Jim! BillJ
It's not the car.I have a Samsung SIII that I tried to "strip down" by deleting much of the "bloatware" on it. I then discovered, however, that Samsung proprietary add-ons are necessary to pair the phone properly. You might want to check with your phone retailer to make sure all of the software was reinstalled properly on your phone.
ScubaDadMiami
If your phone pairs but loses the connection, try getting Bluetooth KeepAlive from the Play store.
