I received the letters but wanted to know which dealer gave good service and has a full-time Hybrid expert to take my car to. I just hit 6000 miles so I might need oil change and tire rotation too? Not sure on that since this is my first hybrid vehicle. So if it is gonna be a couple of days, did your LA dealers give you a loaner vehicle for these services in too? Thank you!
