mnrobitaille
For those that run the same route(s) day in, day out, what's the biggest variance of MPG you've seen? This morning, I had an MPG of 999.9 for Trip Summary. Total length of trip was 1.2 miles round trip, to & from post office with the C-Max left running while running in to get mail. The whole time was in EV. There have been other times where for that same trip, the trip summary shows 20.5 MPG (battery not fully charged & ICE used). Generally the highest speed is 15 MPH as it's all surface road driving in a small rural community. There are times when we use the highway which has a speed limit of 45 MPH (as it's a 2-lane that goes through town). On these trips, we normally have a trip summary of about 25.5 MPG-60.5 MPG (the total length of this route round trip is about 1.3-1.5 miles). HannahWCU
On my ~26 mile trip to and from work (300' elevation difference from one point to the other) I have seen as low as 36mpg (new and cold weather) to a high of 56 mpg.
