In that time I have: Found out about the MPG downgrade less than a week after taking it homeHad the headliner recall and the Sync software upgradeReceived numerous calls, emails and letters from the dealership thanking me and asking if there is anything I needAttended a dinner for Ford and Mazda owners with the Sync display for a Q & A sessionReceived $550.00 back from FordWent from around 37.5 MPG to 42.1 MPG lifetime as I am learning how to drive a hybridAlready put over 3,400 miles on itEnjoyed every minute of driving it so farIt seems like I have had it for a lot longer, and so far aside from a few difficulties getting the software upgrade my experience has been positive. homestead, Adair, C-MaxSea and 1 other 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
