wwwcheng
The 2 photos I attached were being taken at night time. I used my other car to shine on it from behind. Here comes the photo at day time.
fbov
That's a very pretty car you have there! How about some details; what did you use, where'd you get it, etc.? Have fun,Frank
fotomoto
is this legal? i assume it helps make the car more visible Yes it's legal. It's not a light source. Many modern police, fire, EMS, etc damn near wrap the whole vehicle in reflective tape.
wwwcheng
These are just self adhesive reflective tapes available in most auto parts stores. The golden one is Prostripe® - Vinyl Striping Tape - Part # R32816 - size 7/16" x 40". Just fit - no cutting except the length. The orange one is Trimbrite - T1816 RED - 2" X 24" - you need to cut it to fit the groove shape. I purchase this size bcos I am going to tape the door as well so people can see it when the door is opened. My others cars have lights on the door but not the C-max. timber725
my energi has lights on the front doors but not the rear doors. I may do this for the rear doors.
62Lincoln
That's a good idea, OP! Also like the idea of adding this to the rear doors.
