darrelld
Since my phone's contact list was downloaded during pairing, I assumed you can use a contact as a Navigation destination. If so, I can't figure how. You can't set the address as a destination, tried and failed. There is some lengthy discussion about this on some of the other Ford Sync equipped model forums. Seems to be a problem with (Microsoft) Sync. The easiest process I have found is to copy the contact address > paste into the Destinations Mobile App > Send to Sync > Open the info screen on your C-Max > Connect to Sync > You will be prompted to download your address > Set the address as a destination. From there you have the option to save as a favorite.
AMSDPS
This has been a pain in my side since getting my C-Max. I am better off pushing the home button on my phone and having Siri tell me where to go. Not clean at all. What's worse is that the addresses are in SYNC, it just gives me an error that says that it is in the wrong format. AAARRRGGGH!! You have the info!!! Why can't you use it???? Oh yeah, SYNC is by Microsoft....
