jmckinley
Some of the OE Nav systems, Chrysler for example, have ways of overriding the safeguards against entering addresses etc above a some low speed threshold like 5 mph. Not necessarily a bad thing, safety wise but a pain if passenger is available to enter a new destination. Has anyone seen anything about disabling this feature on the Ford Nav system? ctford
No, but I'd be interested in finding out! :)
dtorres
This company offers a product to do this but I don't know if it's compatible with the C-Max yet and it's not cheap at $500. http://navtv.com/product/167/allsync-xg.html?forceShowProduct=1 I've just learned to use the voice commands to set the navigation while driving. It takes a little practice but after some trial and error you get good at it.
