I am a Service Director at a Ford / Chrysler dealership. We have been considering a Hybrid for a few months and once we drove one we were sold. And the best part is that most of the information here is true! ;) At your leisure, I recommend browsing the entire forum from the oldest topics to the newest. It took me quite a number of months! That provides a good 'feel' for the resources available here, and what gets talked about most often. Maybe, remembering that you saw a thread about tires, or the noise the electric AC compressor makes, or the spare key blade inside the SEL fob might help you or one of your customers. Not every topic here will be of interest of course. And the occasional rants about dealer service departments may hit too close to home, but this online community contains many lifetimes of knowledge about all things C-MAX and hundreds of other fascinating topics! Just out of curiosity, who do YOU complain to when your service department can't fix YOUR vehicle the first time?
