WNY Posted January 5, 2016 Report Share Posted January 5, 2016 (edited) It's not just stuck under the seat or anything? why would someone remove it completely? other than a salvage yard or something to find a replacement. How to best fix this?A missing seat belt is a safety item. The dealer should replace it for free. I know that our 2002 Civic had seatbelt problems long after the warranty ran out, and they fixed it free of charge. I would at least go to the dealer and ask.
