I have a 2014 with 16,000 miles will Ford try to charge me to replace my left front turn signal?

Without more information about why the left front turn signal needs to be replaced, that question is a bit tough to answer.  Even with more information, ultimately the dealer is probably in a much better position to say what may or may not be covered under warranty.

I'm going in the morning, it looks as if it would take about an hour to do. I tried replacing a headlight in my old Focus and it was a two hour job. I just wonder if a bumper to bumper warranty covers it.

It should be replaced free of charge since as you said, the vehicle is still within the 3yr/36k mileage bumper to bumper warranty period. Unless of course you damaged it yourself by running into something, etc. LOL

I was charged to replace my turn signal. It went out after 2 years while still under warranty. It was not a cheap fix! That seems really soon to me since my 2001 and 2003 Fords have never had to replace turn signals and both have over 200,000 miles on them.
