Spitinuri
When I purchased my C-Max in 2013 I decided to see if I could get 600 miles on a tank of gas. I did it. That was my last 600 mile tank of gas. At that time my car had 20K miles on it. Now I am approaching 240K miles. Can it still get 600 miles on a tank of gas? I should know tomorrow. Right now I am at 9.46 gallons used with 460 miles completed. The average mpg so far this tank is 48.4. These are all highway miles. I am driving about 57-58 mph on average. I also have a full load in the car. Tire pressure is 50psi front and 48psi rear. 0W20 oil. Tires are non low rolling resistance. It may be my last tank in this car period as I am planning to trade. kyledamron1 and obob
AZgman
If you drive on the highway in AZ at 57-58 MPH, you will be overrun! ;) Impressive accomplishment BTW... obob

Remember your tank holds 13.9 gal. useable, Smart Gauge tank is off, but you are safe to go to 13 gal used without running out. My guess is if you ran it dry you could go to 650 mi. anyways. :) With the warm temps 80 - 90*F I have 300 miles on current tank with 62.3 mpg average so I think I will be close to 800 mi. on this tank. I think you are in good shape to make it, Good Luck. BTW I do use Premium 93 Wonder what kind of trade you are going to get with 240K mi. on it. I have 195k miles. ptjones
At that amount I would keep it till the wheels fall off. :) Talking about cheap transportation, I don't think it gets any better than this. :) Paul
