ptjones
I have a problem with NAV "Navigation fault, please see the touchscreen" I'm not having any other problems with the touch screen. The NAV recycles every couple of minutes which is very annoying, it doesn't forget the destination, it just keeps on rebooting. Taking it in to FORD next Tuesday to have a "Specialist" look at it. :headscratch: Paul
JAZ
Don't know where you get your Nav update cards, Paul, but I've often wondered if buying the fleabay knockoffs might not come with some sort of hidden hazard.
ptjones
I have gotten all my NAV cards on eBay and I have had the A10 card for 2 months with no problems till now. Maybe the problem is with the GPS. I don't know what it means to "see the touchscreen". Paul

I think I'd try putting your last Navigation SD card in, see if it has the same error. It is possible that the SD card is having errors, which is causing the navigation issue. ptjones
It's not a navigation problem, it's like the program shuts off momentarily and then reboots up and it knows where it is and the route it needs to take. We'll see Tuesday when the tech guy looks at it. Paul
ptjones
Took it to FORD today and they diagnosed it as NAV Card or plugin module. Had the card for two months. They charged me $90 for a diagnostic fee for 10 minutes of work. I could have figured this out myself if I was so sure a memory card couldn't go bad. I put the bad card in my wife's car and it did the same thing and her card works fine in mine. I sent a message to the eBay seller to try to get a replacement and we will see how that goes. Meanwhile eBay has A10 cards for $35.50 so we order one, they have excellent reviews. Paul grege
