plus 3 golfer Posted October 10, 2020 Report Share Posted October 10, 2020 The hole is for a second OBD2 port connector. The connector is white. There appears to be something white inside the hole. The previous owner may have pushed the OBD2 connector I out of its mounting so that he could connect a scanner cable into it and run the cable inside the dash up to the scanner likely to view and monitor data while driving.
