zhackwyatt
There is a brightness knob on the ceiling. I assumed you have checked that?
C-MaxJaxon
It's only visible when it's dark and the headlights are on. Even at full brightness, it didn't seem that bright in the footwells. Think I discovered that when I was trying to see it work shortly after I got my car. vam2644
well I see no light what so effect played with both knobs to no avail guess its a quality control problem
PWBarrett
If it is dark outside, and you have the car on or in accessory mode, and you have the headlights on, then...The button to the right of the knob seems to toggle between forcing white light and full brightness, and manual control. In manual, the left button cycles through the colors, and the knob sets the brightness. MSmith1915
Page 95 of the manual: The ambient lighting will switch on when the following conditions havebeen met:• you switch the ignition on• you switch the headlamps on• the outside ambient light level is low. My understanding is that all conditions must be met.
Laurel
Follow MSmith's tips. The round knob controls brightness and the button to the left of the round knob changes the colour. I have mine set to a nice lavender right now. Your door wells, your coffee cup area, and your foot wells should light up nicely in the dark.
