2014 C-Max deliveries

Recommended Posts

I am picking up my vehicle today, cannot wait.

Ashley has been very responsive when I sent her a message. At her end she could not see any stop ship so I am left wondering. I am not looking for tracking history like UPS and Fedex provide but you are right, on a $30,000+ purchase Ford can do better

HendersonD - Hooray!!!

After seeing the 2014 Ford C-Max at the FT lauderdale International Auto Show a few weeks ago, I`m glad I jumped on a 2013 last Summer.  The slight changes to wheel flares, flaps, hood seal, supposed Transmission Tuning, etc and other hard to identify updates was hardly worth either the wait nor the rebate savings on the MY 2013.  First the $1000 rebate, then the special Mailing rebate promotion for an additional $750, and finally the $800 Fuel Adjustment Cheque!  Add the .09% 36 month Ford Credit financing, as Jackie Gleason used to say, "How Sweet It Is"!

Phil1336 I only got the in email $750 check with my SEL purchase in September of 2012.  Quite possibly the others are what got me second extended warranty for no additional cash?  I was told that after purchase there was a refund that was forgotten and did I want a cash payment or roll it into an additional extended warrranty?  Which I took.

  • 1 month later...

Just wondering did you specifically order yours or were you forced to order one since the exact car with all the options and color you wanted didn't exist on any dealer lot??

My wife cutie75 and I hope to buy her 2014  SEL 303A sometime soon, hopefully.....

Since a lot of the posts related to this have been buried in other generic topics, who out there is expecting to take delivery of a 2014 C-Max in the near future?

My SEL 302A - Blue Candy (options: panoramic roof and remote start) is scheduled to arrive at the dealer by March 21 (ordered November 12).  More than 4 months... finally in the home stretch!

There is a forum here that tells you how to track it and get its location...

Here it is:

http://fordcmaxhybridforum.com/topic/362-order-to-delivery-time-thread/

Read thru some posts/pages and it will have links to a place where you can get your window sticker and know where it is in the process of build and rail car delivery and final delivery.

Hope this helps

c-max shipped from Michigan on March 18th. It is now two full weeks later and my Ford dealership does not have it. What is crazy is they have no idea when it will arrive. UPS and Fedex can track packages to the day they will be delivered but Ford has no way to let a dealership know delivery day or even a ballpark. They do not even know where the car is right now. I am excited about getting the car but the wait is killing me. My wife and I hoped to take this car on a trip from upstate NY to South Carolina next Friday and that might not happen

salsaguy,

I'm also a great resource for order tracking, as I have access to the same info that other employee has, but it is my full-time job to help you guys. Just send me over your VIN or order number and dealer code and I can track orders. :)

Ashley as soon as I get our 2014 cmax ordered I will do that.

I think I sent you a private email on another topic but didn't see a response yet.

Not sure if the model we are thinking of will be available on a dealer lot or not but I know we'd prefer a brand new one of the factory floor instead of on a dealer lot to make sure it had the latest and greatest stuff and upgrades and quality process improvements done. A lot changes in a production of a car on the mfg floor in a years time.

Just not sure the wife will want to wait months to get her new car once she decides it's a GO.

also don't like the fact that you lose some of the incentives when you order vs pick from stock.
