Voice Recognition not ready

I noticed a few days ago my voice navigation stopped working and I cannot hear text messages any longer. I can receive phone calls through bluetooth and the radio works great. I have tried the master reset a few times and nothing has resolved this.

Make sure notifications is enabled on Bluetooth/sync on your phone.
