With the hood closed the window washer fluid comes out normally from the washer nozzles but as soon as the hood is lowered the fluid flow is very restricted. I cleaned out the debris that collected in the hood hinge areas and checked all of the fluid hoses and all are aok , as soon as the hood is lowered the washer fluid is very restricted.???
