Hello I own a 2017 Ford C-max Energi. I received the letter about 3G network changing. I just upgraded my phone to Samsung S20 FE 5G. A constant message is 'unable to support USB and unplug' when I try to use Android Auto. Do you know if I need to do anything with Android Auto? Remove and then download the Android Auto App? Local PA Ford dealer does not have updated information as of Nov 29. Thank you
