Does anyone else have problems with the mount for the USB and audio input popping off? I had it replaced once but it still pops off. Once I just bumped it when reaching for something in the counsel. I never unplug my charger cord because I just leave it in the car. So it's not because of over usage or abuse.

took my C-max in for the latest recall. when I got home I noticed the clock in the center console wasn't working again . It happened before when I had battery failure. I took it to my Ford dealer and was told that Ford is trying to find a fix. I wasn't planning on getting to know my service guys quite this well.

I just had my first dead battery this week. My husband had to jump it. I took it into the dealer mostly because The clock wouldn't let me reset and the windows wouldn't go up unless I held the button. They acted like this had never happened before. Now I'm worried after reading everything here.
