I have been able to do the 999.9 for 2.8 miles on one sweet stretch of road. Going to try and top that this weekend.

On one occasion heard a buzzing noise different from other times upon shutting down the car. Cycling three times and buzzing duration around a minute or so. I have had no battery issues. Could this be what I heard? Thank you.

Congratulations. Was in a drive thru, engine noise all around. Raised the front Windows and poof I am in a sound proof room, sorry I meant car. Owned the car 10 months and learn or get impressed by it every day.

So is being in EV long term with a high SOC just wasting FE potential? And doesn't the computer pick up on this? This is my next learning curve and have been reading the threads. Would just like to know if my inference is heading in the right direction.

My instantaneous is 42.5 mpg and continues to slowly go up. From your response should I infer that no glaring driving behaviors seen in the numbers? More adaptive in prep for winter and to 50 and beyond? Thanks.

I've only noticed the creaking when the hot summer sun has been shining on the door panel an extended period. I use the air conditioning on low and usually set 68-72. Creaking disappears within 10-15 minutes.

Bought in October last year and no check. So Ford thank you for this check this time. Feeling just a tad guilty though as now at 42.3 and still climbing. Little drive tonight came with a 56.1.

Love to cruise. Ride is so smooth cause I use the cruise to moderate my speed in conjunction with the decease speed ahead and speed limit signs. You can hit right on the speed limit at the end speed sign. My instantaneous fe is 41.3. Just use the accelerator to get to speed up if I have someone behind. Working my way to my next goal of 45. The day trips I often get 56,65 but the best is when I go a few hundred feet and it shows 999.9.And the hill assist is a great tool on these western mountain declines where you need to keep it say around 25-35.

Paul I think you've hit on something valuable. Explain please more about a warranty ticket. It seems that sometimes you don't anything after a visit or they say the customer wants on the printout. The more I read here I wonder how much of all the problems are new owner, design flaw-mechanical or software, outside supplier. And this is for BullDurham-thank you for your comments. I know that especially now to be able to express how you feel and to try and help someone else gives meaning to your life. Reduce the stress whatever way you can. You have the fight of your life on your hands. Good people here. They would fix your car if they could and you too. Lastly took an almost 97 year old cancer patient on a drive and she gets a big smile, loves the navigation. Likes to tell me the street names. It's all about perspective.
