We just got a new 2015 C-MAX Hybrid SEL, we now have about 600 miles on it and we are struggling to get over 35mpg. Mind you we live 40 miles NW of Chicago, IL and we are going through a bit of a cold spell. Last 2 days my morning commute started at -8F. I'm confident once the weather warms up we will see much better mpg's.

We recently had an accident in our 2013 CMAX SEL. Damage was such that our insurance decided not to repair and declare our CMAX a total loss. The car was hit on the drivers side centered on the B pillar. No one was hurt in the accident, the car did a great job protecting its precious cargo. So we just purchased a new 2015 Ford CMAX SEL in Magnetic with the 302A option package. Sticker price was $30,240. We paid $27,225 (+TTL) with 0% / 72mth financing. This is without any incentives as we took the 0%/72. I feel we got a good price, it was our 2nd Ford this year from the same dealer and I've been VERY happy with the car buying experience at this dealer. I negotiated the price via email and phone and only went to the dealership to do paperwork and pick up the new car. Total time in the dealership was about 90mins. I worked with the same Salesman each time and found him to be a hard but fair negotiator, I would recommend anyone in the area in the market for a new or used Ford to go here. We just picked up our new (to us) 2013 Ford C-MAX SEL, Ruby Red, 302A, Panoramic Sunroof & DRL's. Its got 30k on the clock but looks and drives like new. Picture comming soon, maybe if the weather gets warmer.
