Hello, got this code after car sat for a long time. We changed the water pump and cleared the codes and got this. How do i go about fixing it. Thanks for the help.

I hear a pump whine and bought a reader for it, got code p26cb. I'm new to working on cars and want to make sure its something I can fix. It's a 2013 hybrid. thanks david
