How many miles did it take to notice improved fuel efficiency?
Thomas Walker replied to King-max's topic in Fuel Mileage
From what I heard. If your car is built for 87- or 89-octane gas upgrading to premium won't do you any good. In fact, it could even harm both your car and the environment, since more unburned gas will get into the emissions system and interfere with its ability to prevent noxious discharge. That unburnt gas will drip out your tailpipe on the road and pollute the environment. -
It didn't use much oil or any it was still midway on the dipstick. I have 2 recalls to do on my car, so I'll show pics to the Ford Nuts while they have my car all day and let them look further into it. My MPG is 30 but I don't drive very eco, I do open it up a lot. This car is fast as my 400HP Truck, but if I pulse and glide I get 40 MPG

Hey all, I did 20K service (Air and cabin filters, 2nd Oil Change) But I found oil in motor intake it's coming from the breather tube from the motor is this normal or something to worry about? I cleaned it all up with a paper towel, I'm gonna check it again on Sat if I remember too.

Only use Premium if your car requires it, the car detects higher octane and retards the motor. Unburnt fuel is sent out the tailpipe and pollutes 5%-25% more than the correct grade. So save the $3.00 and get an extra gallon of Reg next time.

Hello All, I Got my White Platinum 2.5 weeks ago already up to 1300 miles now. (I'm a delivery driver) Had the no AC at start on Monday but it kicked on about 20 mins later weird lol. Hasn't done it again. If it happens again I get to go to the dealer. But I love the car! Just got windows tinted 35%F 5%R, Husky floor mats (Carpet get soaked in and out all day) and AVS vent visors.

Found an answer on Amazon one night. For less than $20 it was almost made to go next to the power seat. Last pic is it pulled forward.

So maybe I'm spoiled from a Civic, but where is all the storage up front? Where do you put your pocket change? I've been dumping it in the cupholder. Its a pain to get out. My Civic had had 5 extra cubby-holes and nooks to put/dump stuff.
