The C-Max uses a Schrader 20315 tpms sensor, this is the same as a Focus, Escape ect.. The cheapest place I've seen to buy a set is off ebay. The Tirerack price for sensors is the same if you buy wheels or not. You will most likely need a ford trigger tool to pair the new sensors with your car, they are about $40-50
