  1. I recently installed MFM on my Android device and went through the activation process but for some reason I only have access to 'Account' and 'Vehicle Management' via the phone, everything else has a red no access icon through it. I am able to get location information via the website (https://www.myfordmobile.com/) so I know that MFM is communicating with the car. Is there something special I need to do to have the app work?
